Established in Beirut, Lebanon in the year 1983, CITYART PRODUCTION & DISTRIBUTION is a privately owned and operated production and distribution house engaged primarily in the area of subtitling, dubbing, post production and distribution.

CityArt started its activities in subtitling feature films for many distributors in the Middle East and distributing video locally and in the Arab world. As the business grew bigger and after surveying the market, four dubbing studios have been established mainly to dub documentaries, animated movies and series and gained a unique reputation in this field. CityArt entered slowly and surely the dubbing market since the TV channels have great potential for the dubbing programs.

Our studios, which became the center of attraction for many TV stations, broadcasters and distributors, proved to be by far a reputable production and distribution house local and abroad CityArt has achieved more than 18.000 hours of Arabic dubbed TV programs and more than 30.000 hours of Arabic, English and French subtitled Programs.

After achieving production of this huge number of programs, CityArt expanded its market through creating a network either by forming joint ventures in Syria Bahrain and UAE or by appointing highly qualified agents in other territories for that purpose under the management of Beirut office.

Eventually, CityArt name was automatically related to production and distribution. The market started to bring new opportunities and due to the great potential of the DVD market in the Arab world, CityArt has established lately a new equipped studio/department for DVD authoring along with wide distribution agencies around the world.
