 The F.B.I..s biggest case hinges on the testimony of their best agent, Dean (Peter Dobson)
Dean.s friend and fellow F.B.I. agent, Hank (Martin Kove) must keep him alive to put a mob boss in prison. But Hank is a double agent who wants to make sure that Dean never testifies. He sends Monica (Dina Meyer) to keep an eye on Dean until the mob.s hit men can get to him. Instead of helping Hank, Monica falls in love with Dean.
