 Guilt ridden by the abduction and murder of his little sister ten years ago, Joe Hooven (Brad Thomason) takes on dangerous jobs rescuing kidnapped children, hoping that someday these cases will provide clues that will lead him to his sister.s killer (Henry LaPlanet)
Obsessed and unstable, Hooven begins to see visions of his sister (Claire Hanson), whom he comes to rely on as a confidant and harbinger of danger. While rescuing an infant in his old neighborhood, Hooven is shot by a kidnapper (Daniel Murray) who plans to sell the baby for millions.
